Went to Shore Runner with J to assess his running style and get him some new running shoes, yet I ended up buying these.. for me :)

While I am happy about my new purchase, I have to admit it was a bit of a humbling visit because I found out that the person who worked there can do a mile in a little over 4 minutes. He can also do a 10 k (6 mile) in about 31 minutes -- that's twice as fast as MY 6 mile!!!

In my defense, it took him 9 years to get to that point.... I have time :)
